YOHO ARTISTS OPEN STUDIO

Join us for the 21st Annual YOHO Open Studios, a cornerstone of Yonkers Arts Weekend, happening May 17–18 from 11 AM to 5 PM. This special event invites you to explore the studios of over 80 artists working in a wide range of mediums—from painting and sculpture to photography, textiles, ceramics, and more all under one roof at the historic YOHO Artist Studios. Visitors will have the rare chance to meet the artists, view and purchase original works, and experience the creative energy that makes this community so unique. Don’t miss this behind-the-scenes look at one of the region’s most vibrant artistic hubs!

MURAL FESTIVAL AT CMAD

As part of Yonkers Arts Weekend 2025, the Mural Festival at CMAD brings the district’s walls to life with vibrant, large-scale works created in real time. On May 17th–18th, watch as a talented lineup of local and visiting artists transform buildings and public spaces across the Carpet Mills Arts District with bold, colorful murals. This live painting event celebrates street art as a powerful form of storytelling and community expression, adding new energy to the city’s growing public art scene.

16TH ANNUAL YONKERS ARTIST SHOWCASE

The Westchester Fashion Week Fashion Show will be taking place at the Yonkers Arts Project Space [216 Lake Ave, Yonkers, NY, 10701] at 2:30pm on Saturday, May 17th.

NOT UPSTATE SESSIONS

Not Upstate Sessions is a live-streamed pop-up concert experience showcasing local musicians and creators on Sunday, May 18th from 11am - 5pm. Hosted in the Yonkers Arts Project Space, the event will be open to the public and professionally streamed online — blending real-time, in-person performances with high-quality digital content.

This Yonkers Arts Weekend event is presented by The 914 Collective in partnership with:

  • Road to Sleepy Hollow Music Fest – early showcase of artists from the upcoming festival.

  • Stockroom Records Artist Showcase – featuring talent from the Mamaroneck-based label and studio.

  • Encore Acoustic Spotlight – a stripped-down acoustic segment to diversify the sound and energy of the day.
