CURIOUS FRIPPERIES was a solo show featuring the work of John Wujcik. CURIOUS FRIPPERIES was an intensively colorful and shiny exploration of sometimes campy and humorous themes with a reflection upon experiences associated growing up around Mardi Gras and later traveling the world where cultures such as Mexican and Italian are immersed in bright colors and shiny metals adorned with jewels. John is an experienced graphic design professional living for years in the East Village artist community. The two sensibilities come together in principles from the maximalism art movement present in New York City.

CURIOUS FRIPPERIES by John Wujcik, was the very first exhibition in the Yonkers Arts Project Space.
